FOSTER’S DARTS TERMS & CONDITIONS - England & Wales
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at
www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).
1. Only open to England & Wales residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group, employees of all participating outlets and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2. This promotion begins at 09:00 on 1st September 2025. The promotion will come to an end at 23:59 on 12th October 2025.

B. Find a participating outlet via the digital map: https://www.fosters.co.uk/pub-tracker
C. Allow your location to be shared if prompted or manually search for locations to find your local participating outlet. If you don’t see this pop-up, please make sure your smartphone is set to allow location access on your browser, otherwise it won’t work.
D. Scan the QR code on point-of-sale items in-venue to be directed to: https://www.fosters.co.uk/Win-Darts-Tickets-en. Your standard network rates apply.
E. Confirm that you are over the age of 18 and eligible to take part in this promotion.
F. Enter your first name, last name and email address.
G. Confirm your acceptance of the promotion terms and conditions.
H. Upload a photo of your Foster’s pint. (Service is at the discretion of the bar staff.)
I. Tap the dartboard to reveal if you have entered at the winning moment and won a cash prize.
J. Winners of the daily cash prize will be contacted within 7 days after validation has taken place.
K. All entries will be placed into a draw to win 1x prize of 4 Darts Championship tickets, Alexandra Palace, London, 18th December 2025 at 19:00. Winner and all guests must be over 18 at the date of the event.
4. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of message due to operator or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
5. Images uploaded must feature a pint of Foster’s as proof of purchase. Image uploads will be manually verified before prizes are awarded. Images must not feature people as this is considered personal data and cannot be processed as part of the campaign.
6. By submitting your entry, you are agreeing and confirming that:
• You shall be solely responsible for your entry and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
• The entire copyright in the submission and all content included in it of any nature, including images, script etc is original and belongs to you.
• Your photograph does not disclose any personal or confidential information belonging to you or anyone else.
• Your submission is not false, a misrepresentation, obscene, offensive, discriminatory or libellous.
• Your photograph does not include any other brand.
7. Prizes:
a) x42 of Cash prizes of £180: See Term 8 below for more details on how to win.
b) 1 prize of 4 Darts Championship tickets (over 18s only), Alexandra Palace, London, 18th December 2025 at 19:00 and 4-star accommodation for 1 night, with up to £500 for travel expenses. See Term 8 below for more details on how to win.
8. Winner selection and notification
• The draw will take place on the following date from all valid entries submitted as set out below. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random from all qualifying entries.
• The prize draw will take place on Monday 13th October 2025.
• 1 prize of x4 Darts Championship tickets (over 18s only), Alexandra Palace, London, 18th December 2025 at 19:00.
a. There is a total of x42 £180 cash prizes available to be won each day, for the duration of the campaign. Only one cash prize per person throughout the promotion.
b. Winners will be the valid entries closest to the daily randomly allocated winning moment.
c. The winner will be contacted via email (fosters@mihhandling.co.uk) and mobile to confirm they’re a prize winner within 7 days of the draw, upon validation of their uploaded image, with notification of their win and request for bank account details for prize money transfer.
d. The winner will have 14 days to respond to confirm receipt of the email. If the winner is uncontactable, a second attempt will be made on day 21 after the draw. If no response is received, an alternative winner will be drawn, and the same process will occur until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize.
e. To ensure sufficient time for prize fulfilment, the final date by which a prize winner must be successfully contacted and confirmed is 2nd December 2025. If no eligible winner has been confirmed by this date, the prize will be forfeited and no further redraws or contact attempts will be made.
f. If a prize winner is disqualified the prize will be lost and will be included in a mop-up prize draw at the end of the campaign.
g. Reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time using the contact details provided at the time of entry. Entrants should ensure they check their spam/bulk/junk folders for notification. Proof of age, identity and delivery address may be required to claim the prize.
Mop Up Draw
For any unclaimed and/or returned prizes there will be a mop up draw on 19/11/25. Winners will be contacted by email within 4 days of the draw and will have until 2nd December 2025 to reply and confirm their prize. If no response is received by this date, the prize will be forfeited and no further draws will be made.
9. Winners’ details will be available from 15/12/2025. By entering, the winner consents to such information being disclosed upon request. Please send your request by writing to Mesh Marketing LTD, 12-16 Laystall St, London EC1R 4PF.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to honour a prize and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferrable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
15. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prizes are fully excluded permitted by law and the promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of the prizes. Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.
17. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
18. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
