FOSTER’S LOVE YOU CANS PROMOTION 2026 - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

1. Only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.

2. No Purchase Necessary to enter. To enter, go to www.loveyoucans.com to access the entry form (the “Entry Form”) and input required details, including entrant’s name and email address and recipient’s name and postal address. Promotion opens at 10:00 on 24th February 2026 and closes at (i) 23:59 on 8th March 2026 or (ii) once all the 1,000 available love you cans have been claimed, whichever is the earliest (“Promotion Term”). Entry is limited to one entry per person and/or household during the Promotion Term. Standard network rates apply.  

3. There are up to a maximum of 1,000 love you cans to be claimed, allocated on a first come first served basis. Successful entrants will receive one (1) personalised 440ml Foster’s branded love you can, which will be delivered to their nominated recipient’s home address, as provided in the Entry Form. Personalisation of the love you can is limited to a choice of 5 pre-approved words. There will be 200 love you cans available for each pre-approved word. Entrants will be required to select their preferred personalised word, subject to availability. If all love you cans with a successful entrant’s preferred word have already been allocated as at the date and time of their entry, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a love you can with one of the alternative pre-approved words to the successful entrant.

4. Successful entrants will be notified by email by 20th March 2026 at the latest. Love you cans will be delivered to the nominated recipient by the Promoter’s distributor, Amworld UK Limited, who will send tracking information to each successful entrant when the can is dispatched.  

5. The Promoter or their nominated agents/representatives may contact successful entrants who have indicated on the Entry Form that they are happy to be contacted to learn more about the entrant and the love you can recipient’s friendship for use in connection with a case study and social media content in relation to the Foster's brand.

6. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. No multiple entries from a single IP address will be valid.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of message due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.  

7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and successful entrants using methods such as AI and manual verification processes and to refuse to award a personalised Foster’s branded can or withdraw entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or has been successful using fraudulent means.  

8. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. 

9. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.  

12. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of the promotion. Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence. 

13. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/X/Instagram. Facebook/X/Instagram is not responsible to entrants in respect of any aspect of this promotion.

14. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

15. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.

4. Promotion opens at 09:00am on Tuesday 24 February 2026 and closes at 09:00am on Tuesday 10 March 2026.

5. Winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all qualifying entries by an independent judge on 11 March 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners using methods such as AI and manual verification processes and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. There is one (1) prize to be won. The prize consists of a two week holiday to Australia for the winner and one (1) companion aged 18+ worth around £14,000, to be taken in the month of May 2026 and £1,000 spending money. If the winner is not available to take the holiday in the month of May 2026, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen. No compensation or substitute prize will be provided by the Promoter.

The prize includes:

· International economy flights for the winner and their companion from a major London airport to Cairns with a reputable carrier, and Adelaide to London with a reputable carrier. Flights are subject to availability on the winner’s chosen dates of travel in the month of May 2026. 23kg hold luggage and 10kg cabin baggage included per passenger.

· Transfers between each location via either public transport (e.g. coach) or private taxi/transfer, depending on availability.

· Domestic flights with a reputable carrier from Cairns to Brisbane and Brisbane to Adelaide

· A fourteen-night stay in Australia across six (6) locations in one (1) twin room, minimum 3* hotels in the following locations: Cairns, Yorkey’s Knob, Glass House Mountains, Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay and Barossa Valley;

· £1,000 cash, payable by BACS to the winner only for spending on the holiday, split evenly between the winner and their companion.


The prize does not include:

· costs related to passports, visas, travel insurance or other travel documentation;

· other costs related to entry requirements to Australia, including vaccinations (where applicable);

· airport transfers in the UK;

· additional luggage, exceeding the allowance included above;

· additional spending money, not listed as included in the prize above;

· tips;

· subsistence; or

· taxes, costs or other expenses not mentioned above as being included in the prize.

Items listed as not included in the prize are the responsibility of and at the cost of the winner and their companion.

The prize must be taken within the month of May 2026, and all bookings are subject to availability. COW PR, the Promoter’s agency, will book the international and domestic flights, transfers and accommodation and share all relevant itinerary materials with the winner in good time. The agency will liaise the winner to ensure the holiday takes place at a convenient time for the winner.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Any upgrades to any elements of the prize, or additional services requested will be at the cost of the winner.

The winner will need a current and valid credit or debit card with sufficient available funds for hotel security deposits.

It is the responsibility of the winner and their companion to check for up to date travel advisories issued by a government, to agree that they wish to accept the risk of travelling and taking part in any planned activities.

The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their companion whilst taking part in the prize. The Promoter and any appointed agents reserve the right in their absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or companion from participation in the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter, the Promoter’s agent, the airline or any company associated with the prize, or, if the any party act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes disturbance or nuisance to others. It is the winner’s responsibility to advise the Promoter of any circumstance that may prevent them or a companion from

participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions, access requirements or personal circumstance.

7. Winner will be notified by email by 25 March 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner. This process will be followed up to a maximum of 3 times to determine a winner.

8. Winner details will be available from [HTTP://LOVEYOUCANS.COM/] from 13 April 2026 until 13 July 2026.

By entering the promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details at the end of these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate it has awarded any advertised prizes.
