FOSTER'S OFF TRADE DARTS ON-PACK PROMOTION - Term's & Conditions 

 

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

1. Only open to residents in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.

2. How to participate in the promotion. 

o The promotion opens at 9:00am on 01.08.25 and closes at 23:59pm on 31.10.25 (“the Promotional Period”).

o Buy a promotional pack of FOSTER’S or FOSTER’S Shandy in participating stores and scan the QR code on pack which directs you to the FOSTER’S promotional page at www. fosters.co.uk/win-darts-tickets. Purchases are subject to discretion of checkout staff. Promotional packs are Foster’s products in the following formats: Foster’s lager in 10x440ml cans, 12x440ml cans & 18x440ml cans and 10x440ml Foster’s Shandy and are subject to availability.

o After scanning the QR code, you will be required to complete the online entry form providing your first name and surname, date of birth, email address and mobile telephone number along with the FOSTER’S 5-digit serial number that can be found at the base of a can. Then tap the dartboard 3 times to find out if you have won the daily cash prize. Your standard network rates apply.

3. Prizes.  

There are 92 daily, £180 cash prizes and 3 (total) prizes of x4 Darts Championship tickets for Alexandra Palace, London, 27th December 2025 at 19:00, to be won. 

Take part in the Foster’s Down Under Darts game to be entered into the prize draw for that month. 1 winner will be selected via a winning moment mechanic, per day throughout the Promotional Period to win daily prizes of £180 cash. At the end of each month during the promotional period, a prize draw will be carried out to win a prize of 4 Darts Championship tickets, Alexandra Palace, London, 27th December 2025 at 19:00including accommodation at a 4-star hotel and up to £500 of travel expenses. Expenses will be sent to winners via bank transfer once winner has been confirmed. See Term 4 below on winner selection. One entry per person per day. Prize limited to one per person. For any unclaimed and/or returned prizes there will be mop up draw on 08/12/25. An additional draw for anyone entering after 31.10.25 will take place on 31.03.26 for a single cash prize of £180. 

4. Winner selection, notification and prize delivery

Draws will take place on the following dates and times from all valid entries submitted between the dates as set out below.  Winners will be the first valid entry/entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries.

o The winner will be contacted via email () and mobile to confirm they’re a prize winner within 7 days of the draw. The winner will have 14 days to respond to confirm receipt of email. If the winner is uncontactable, a second attempt will be made on day 21 after the draw. If no response is received, an alternative winner will be drawn, and the same process will occur (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).   

o To ensure sufficient time for prize fulfilment, the final date by which a prize winner must be successfully contacted and confirmed is 11th December 2025. If no eligible winner has been confirmed by this date, the prize will be forfeited, and no further redraws or attempts to contact entrants will be made.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.  

5. The names and county of the winners of the prizes will be available from customerservices@fosters.co.uk from 25/11/25. By entering, the winner consents to first name and county being disclosed upon request.

6. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.

7. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. The promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of message due to operator or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.

8. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.  

11. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

12. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.  The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
