Foster’s Ally Pally Competition Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
Unless marketing consent it given by the entrant, the personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).
1.Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Heineken UK Limited, 6 St Andrew Square, EDINBURGH, EH2 2BD (the “Promoter”). This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) or Alexandra Palace.
2. Eligibility
• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Proof of age may be required before awarding the prize.
• Employees of any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
3. How to Enter
• No purchase necessary to enter.
• To enter, guests must enter their first name, last name and a valid email address via the Foster’s Ally Pally promotional entry form.
• Entrants must choose whether to opt-in or opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from the Promoter. Opting in is not a condition of entry.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Entries must be submitted at the PDC World Darts Championships between on 11th December 2025 and 3rd January 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
• Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. Prize
• One winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Grand Slam of Darts PDC Tournaments in Wolverhampton (exact dates to be confirmed).
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
• Event dates and seat allocations are subject to availability. The Promoter is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any additional costs.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries one week after the final event on 3 January (i.e., on or around 10 January).
• The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification email, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Marketing Consent
• Entrants may opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.
• Marketing consent is completely optional and does not affect eligibility to enter the competition.
• Opt-in consent can be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting the Promoter directly.
7. General
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or undeliverable entries.
• By entering the promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details at the end of these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate it has awarded any advertised prizes.
• Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.
• The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
• The Promoter cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. The Promoter can provide you with their details on request.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
